At TheCrystalBabes, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we stand behind our products. That’s why we proudly offer a 1-year warranty on all purchases.

If your jewelry becomes damaged due to a quality issue within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it for free. Just send us a clear photo of the damage as proof, and we’ll take care of you.

⚠️ Important: Our warranty is here to protect you, not to be abused. Repeated replacements for the same item, chargeback on your account, intentional misuse, or excessive replacements will void your warranty immediately.

We’re happy to support you if something genuinely goes wrong, but this policy cannot be used over and over again.

What’s NOT covered:

• Damage from improper storage (like tangled necklaces)
• Damage from wearing too many chains at once. Such claims will only be replaced one time with a single-chain version, after which the warranty is void.
• Lost items.
• Claims such as “it’s not working for me” (not related to quality)
• Exposure to chemicals (perfume, lotions, cleaning products, etc.)
• Intentional damage, neglect, or rough handling
• Accidental breakage, including damage caused by dropping the item, impact, or mishandling resulting in cracks, chips, or the crystal breaking into multiple pieces.
• Refund or replacement requests based on style preference or natural variations in crystals.
